It's a garden enclosure. Keeps the deer out.
6' tall, 40' x 24'.
2x4 welded wire mesh. Stapled on.
South facing post peaks.
Top rails are 2x4s. Simpson Strongtie brackets and other screwage. 6" of 3/4" clean under each post. 2' of compacted driveway gravel around it.













It's an experimental gate. All 1x4s. Had to make it light because fresh treated lumber of that size was too heavy. The hinges and latch are bolted on rather than screwed. It's nice. Hasn't warped yet.
